Overview - The Lead Auditor Course provides a comprehensive overview of the ISO 22301 standard for Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS). It is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills required to become an Exemplar Global Certified Lead Auditor. The course covers the principles and practices of BCMS, as well as the implementation process, auditing techniques, and corrective action. Participants will gain an understanding of how to plan, conduct, report, and follow up on audits in accordance with ISO 22301. Upon successful completion of this course, participants will be able to demonstrate their knowledge in BCMS lead auditor training and be able to effectively audit a BCMS against the ISO 22301 standard

5 Days Course, typically starts at 9:30 A.M. and ends by 6:30 P.M (Indian Standard Time) The course includes a series of Presentations, Examples, Exercises involving group activities, Brainstorming, Readings and Sharing of Practical Experiences followed by 45 minutes Lunch Break on each day.
