Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

Thank you for choosing BSCIC.

We want to make sure that our clients/ delegates have a rewarding experience while they are discovering information, assessing, and purchasing our training courses.

The following Terms & Conditions will be the basis of our refund policy. As a learner when you register for any training course through our website, you hereby agree to our Privacy Policy and the points thus mentioned below.

Cancellation & Refunds: Classroom/ Virtual Training

BSCIC Certifications Pvt. Ltd., reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event, or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrolments, instructor illness or force-majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.)

• In case BSCIC cancels an event, 100% refund will be paid to the delegate.

• If a cancellation is done by a delegate 7 days or more, prior to the event, 20% of total paid fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded back to the delegate.

• If a cancellation is done by a delegate 7 days or less, prior to the event, no refunds will be made.

• Any wire / transfer / bank charges will not be a part of the refund and will be borne by the delegate / client.

In case delegate do not turn up, no refund will be made.
