Who need to understand the requirements of OHSAS 18001 and Occupational Health & Safety management systems.This is a five days , Forty hours, training course provides delegates with fundamental knowledge of assessment skills that will prepare delegates to handle a variety of audit situations that add value to organizations. Successful completion of the course fulfils the formal training requirement for individuals seeking an auditing career option with the Third Party registrars of Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems. An ideal course for those wishing to persue a qualification in Occupational Health & Safety management systems auditing or to develop an advanced skill in auditing Occupational Health & Safety management systems. The course covers the advanced skills and knowledge required to conduct audits to a third party standard.

COURSE CONTENT AND STRUCTURE
A pre-course material (includes Participant Manual, Sample Occupational Health & Safety MS Manual and relevant International Specification) is sent to delegates (who have paid the full fee in advance) approximately one week prior to the beginning of the course . The course is highly interactive and will enable delegates to build on existing skills. Emphasis is placed on practical application of assessment knowledge and skills. Realistic case studies allow delegates to apply skills and knowledge to all stages of the assessment process. Daily assessment feedback allows delegates to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement. Maximum attendance 20 Delegates.
Eligibility ?
Those wishing to attend this course should have experience in carrying out Occupational Health & Safety MS internal audits and some knowledge of OHSAS 18001 requirements. A pre-course learning pack provides necessary background information. However, this is an intensive course and some awareness of OHSAS 18001 is helpful.
