BSCIC's Two Day's ISO 9001 Internal Quality Auditor

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

This two (2) day course has been developed to provide delegates with the knowledge to begin performing internal quality audits. Case studies and participatory activities are based on the ISO 9001 quality system standard.

At the end of the course delegates will be able to

	Develop an internal audit system
	Perform internal audits to the requirements of ISO 9001
	Understand how to get value for money by conducting internal audits
	Understand how to perform internal audits to ensure continuous improvement

Quality Managers, Quality Engineers, Departmental Managers, and any other professional, technical or administrative personnel who have responsibility for managing an internal audit system or who are required to carry out internal quality audits in accordance with ISO 9000 quality management system requirements. Prospective course delegates should have some knowledge of the principles of Quality Assurance and the content and purpose of the ISO 9000 series of standards.

COURSE CONTENT AND STRUCTURE

Course starts at 9:30 A.M. and ends approximately at 6:00 P.M.. The course includes a series of presentations, Examples and Exercises involving group activities.

Maximum attendance 20 Delegates.

No specific knowledge or experience is required.

All course facilitators are highly qualified and experienced both in training and assessment of quality management systems. We strongly believe that the experience in Quality Management Assessment and Training skills is a right combination to deliver a practical training course.
