BSCIC's One Day ISO 9001 Awareness & Interpretation
WHO SHOULD ATTEND? This one day course is ideal for those who want a thorough understanding of ISO 9001:2000. Course content includes the eight principles of quality management, model for a process based management systems, requirements of ISO 9001:2000, and managing processes with the goal of improving business performance.

COURSE CONTENT AND STRUCTURE
Course starts at 9:30 A.M. and ends approximately at 6:00 P.M.. The course is includes a series of presentations, Examples and Exercises involving group activities.
Maximum attendance 20 Delegates.
