Sr. Co-ordinator (Training Services) Vaccant - ----female----
Responsibility:
Coordinating with MD/ TM in carrying out their responsibilities upon their time to time guidance in the following fields:
- Understand all Training Modules of BSCIC
- Update and Maintain all training Master modules as per MD/TM guidance.
- Must be very skilled in MS PPT.
- Very skill full in designing presentations.
- Good command over English Language.
- Generating Training related Data of potential clients.
- Generating Training Enquiries
- Confirming Training payments and coordination with BSCIC SALES.
- Arranging logistics for Training Clients(Delegates).
- Arranging Training Course Delivery
- Preparing Certificates
- Evaluation of Course Feedbacks
- Assisiting MD/TM in Training Accreditation related work.
- Maker Checker.
- Updating Training Ops Trackers.
- Maintaining and Updating Certificate Inventory Records.
- Updating/Uploading List of Certified Delegates under direct supervision of CE.
- Monitoring of Printing Requirements and Liaison with Printers
- Certificate Courier Tracking
- Travelling and staying out of station with in India occassionally.
- Travelling Overseas may require a valid Passport for the position.
Competence Min. Graduate
Preferably an MBA or a persuant in an ongoing MBA distance course
Must have min. 2 years of experience in handling Such and similar activity.
Candidates will be preferred from Existing Certification or Training Bodies.
Must have her own Transport.
Candidate's residing place should not be +20KM from Sector 21c Faridabad.

Manager Training Operations
Competence Requirements: Minimum Graduate in Engineering or Science
Lead Assessor in ISO 9001 & Understanding of a Management System based Process Approach. Managing Training Operations in the field of Management System such as QMS, EMS, OHSAS, FSMS, ISMS, BCMS etc...Operations include Supporting Training Material Development, Supporting in Training Course Accreditation, Marketing, Sales, Training Allocations, Managing Delivery Logistics, Certifications and Post Delivery Matters. Knowledge on Course Accreditators such as IRCA/IPC course approval requirements. Min. 5 Years Experience as above and a Team Builder.
The person will be reporting to Managing Director, Responsible for Managing Operations at BSCIC Faridabad Head Quarters.
Person shud have his/her own Car. Preferred from Faridabad or nearby areas. Outstation person may also apply at their own whole cost.

Competence Requirements: Lead Assessor ISO 9001 / OHSAS 18001/ ISO 14001. Min. 50 days of assessment experience Team Builder
The person will be reporting to Managing Director , Responsible for Managing Operations including reporting from Assessments, Compliance, Certifications processes and Assisting MD for accreditations Management as ISO 17021.
Person will also be responsible for Conducting Assessments, Qualifying Reviews and Certification reviews.
Person shud have his/her own Car. Preferred from Faridabad or nearby areas. Outstation person may also apply at their own whole cost.
